Our Approach
We start with a conversation to get to know your team’s “starting point”, your apps, priorities and constraints. From there we’ll tune our curriculum that matches your learning objectives.
We’ll map out the prep work to become acquainted with your target application and for your team to gain the necessary background. We’ll map out a series of 3-hour sessions that cover the curriculum. Then we’ll deliver awesome onsite or online Load Runner or JMeter training, with field-experienced consultants, over webex.

Our teaching includes standards and templates from our 5-Steps of Load Testing methodology, hands-on demonstrations and exercises against one of your applications, and covers the soft and hard skills of effective performance testing. You'll come away with tangible work products on your target application, and save a bundle.

- LoadRunner & Open source tools. We’re experts in several LoadRunner protocols – web, Citrix, Oracle Apps11i, .NET – to name come common ones. We also taught OpenSTA and JMeter, and can jump-start you on these against your applications.
- Methodology. We wrote the book on methodology originally taught at Mercury. We’ll take you through the fine points of requirements gathering, resource monitoring, interpreting results and providing actionable recommendations
