  • Always-Level III support
    Our Level III engineers are the first-responders for every call for every client. You’ll know us by first name and we’re happy to customize your infrastructure to meet your exact – even changing – requirements.

    • A healthcare management application suite used by more than 700 hospitals and more than 6,000 post-acute care facilities throughout the US. We support dedicated and virtual servers, SAN and NAS, Oracle, via more that 80 Internet LAN to LAN VPNs plus dedicated circuits.
    • An insurance services application providing risk management data worldwide. The application requires 40+ dedicated servers, SAN and NAS, Oracle, Internet and Internet VPN.
 
  • Our teams of Level III systems and network engineers and DBAs work as an extension of your internal IT staff to make you look good.

    • Systems Engineers, each with advanced skills and 5 to 15 years’ enterprise-level experience in one or more of: Unix/Linux/Solaris, Windows, Storage and Middleware.
    • Network & Security Engineers, each with advanced skills and 5 to 15 years’ experience in a combination of enterprise LAN/WAN management and Security.
    • Database Administrators, each with advanced skills and at least 10 years’ experience in operations and tuning of complex enterprise Oracle and/or SQL Server (and other SQL) databases.
    • Managers and Assistant Managers for each location, each of whom is a hands-on expert in at least one of the team’s domain areas and is accountable for the quality of service for their assigned customers.
    • Our Policy and Compliance Manager, responsible for ensuring that Mentora’s standards and policies are aligned with ITIL standards, support our customers’ compliance with HIPAA, PCI, GLB and other specific industry requirements, and are implemented consistently across locations.
    • Our VP and General Manager of Hosting Operations, whose expertise across all of our team’s specialties sets a high bar of expectations for the performance and contributions of every team member, and who lends his expertise to complex design, equipment recommendation, and problem resolution challenges.
